Gareth Pountain joined Umbrella in 1995 as CEO and has been instrumental in its success over the years, expanding and diversifying the charity company to its current strong position and excellent reputation. He has 10 years post qualification in local authority social services, including practice (ASW), strategic planning and staff management. He has also been active in the voluntary sector as a trustee/director over many years. If you are interested in joining Umbrella as a Trustee or contributing at a strategic level.
