Supporting 22 tenants and 10 outreach clients this service is specifically aimed at people coping with substance misuse and/or a history of offending alongside their mental health needs. Support is provided on an individual basis. The services work in partnership with Supporting People Teams in Barnet and Camden and relevant social care professionals.
