These services support clients towards social inclusion, by focusing on rehabilitation, support in claiming benefits and advocacy, sustaining tenancies, maintaining property, building relationships and providing help to link in with other community services.

In supported housing services we work with clients to help them to move on.
Within the Community Inclusion Service we work to promote clients independence and skills including preparation for work where possible.
